NSFA, Panacan, Davao City - On March 1, 2017, a Ground-Breaking Ceremony was conducted here at Camp Panacan to officially start the construction of a one-story Barracks for the Enlisted Personnel of Eastern Mindanao Command.
EMC Commander Lt. Gen. Rey Leonardo B. Guerrero, AFP graced the activity and lead the ceremonial ground breaking.
The construction of EP Barracks is one of the initiatives of Lt. Gen. Guerrero to provide accommodation to EMC personnel.
