NSFA, Panacan, Davao City - Eastern Mindanao Command has received an "Excellent" rating during the Annual General Inspection (AGI) conducted by The Inspector General (TIG) of the Armed Forces of the Philippines here on August 31 to September 8, 2017.

The Inspection Team led by Lt. General Rafael C. Valencia, The Inspector General, AFP scrutinized the Headquarters Eastern Mindanao Command and some of its subordinate units focusing on three areas which are: Readiness, Systems Management, and Mission Accomplishment.
The Command under the leadership of Lt. General Rey Leonardo B. Guerrero was specifically rated "Excellent" after garnering exemplary rating in Systems Management and sub areas of Leadership, Morale, and Discipline.

The Annual General Inspection was meant to provide an avenue for the personnel to raise their concern, views and, issues that require action for the Command and the Armed Forces of the Philippines and the Inspection Team to check. Further, the AGI aims to evaluate the relevance and applicability of policies, systems, and procedures prescribed and being implemented by the higher echelon of the organization relative to the unit’s performance, mission accomplishment and organizational transformation.
