Newly Promoted General Officers Accorded with Honor

NSFA, Panacan, Davao City - Eastern Mindanao Command (EMC) tendered honors on November 9, 2017, here at Headquarters EMC, Naval Station Felix Apolinario Panacan, Davao City, to the newly promoted General Officers who are presently assigned in the different subordinate units of the Command.

The Honorees were: BGen. Rueben S. Basiao, AFP, Commander of 701st Infantry Brigade, Philippine Army; BGen. Franco Nemesio M. Gacal, AFP, Commander of 402nd Infantry Brigade; BGen. Tyne Bañas, AFP, the Assistant Division Commander for Administration of 4th Infantry Division; and BGen. Eric C. Vinoya, AFP, the Commander of 403rd Infantry Brigade.

The same honor was given to PCSupt. Joel S. Orduña, PNP, the Deputy Director of Police Regional Office XI during the same occasion.

They were received by BGen. Perfecto M. Rimando, AFP, the Acting Commander of Eastern Mindanao Command.
