4ID gets “very satisfied” rating in latest client satisfaction survey in Region 10



CAMP EVANGELISTA, Cagayan de Oro – The 4th Infantry Division (4ID), Philippine Army gets a “very satisfied” rating on the latest Client Satisfaction Survey (CSC) conducted by the Northern Bukidnon Community College (NBCC) in Region 10.

Dr. Catherine Roween C Almaden, the head of the research team presented the survey result during the Northern Mindanao Regional Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (RTF-ELCAC 10) meeting held at Pearlmont Hotel, Cagayan de Oro on Thursday Morning, September 3.

Dr. Almaden reported that 4ID received an average rating of 4 with 5 being the highest or “Very Satisfied” from the people of Region 10 for all its services that aimed to ensure peace and security, and facilitate the delivery of government services in conflict-affected and geographically isolated and disadvantage areas.

"The people are particularly grateful to 4ID and its operationally controlled units for their services rendered to the people especially in maintaining peace and security in the communities and by facilitating the delivery of the needed services such as medical and dental services, livelihood, infrastructure, education, health, personal services and disaster preparedness," she said. 


Secretary Martin Andanar, Cabinet Officer for Regional Development and Security for Northern Mindanao, who presided the meeting, commends the 4ID and all its soldiers for doing a great job.

“To Major General Centino, you are doing a great job. May you continue to lead your forces and steer the Regional Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict Technical Working Group (RTF-ELCAC TWG) to accomplish its mission to end the communist armed conflict in the region before the President’s term ends in 2022,” he said.

The NBCC conducted the client satisfaction survey to respondents from different municipalities and cities of Northern Mindanao to determine their level of satisfaction on the services provided by 4ID and 1ID.
