The intervention program of the Special Area for Agricultural Development (SAAD) under the Department of Agriculture with a theme "Masaganang Ani, Mataas na Kita" handed over 43 goats to organized POs of Brgy Mabuhay and New Cebu. They also distributed seedlings and farm tools to POs of Brgy La Esperanza, Sacungan, and Alegria all of Pres Roxas, North Cotabato.
The said activity was facilitated by Ms. Maimona Amil, Regional SAAD Focal Person; Mr. Rene G Serra, DA-Pres Roxas; Ms. Charie Lyn Quinlat, SAAD Coordinator, Pres Roxas; which was graced by Hon. Jonathan O Mahimpit, the Municipal Mayor.
"This activity is an opportunity for all of you to know more about the projects and programs of our government that are intended for you. Our municipality is very fortunate to witness such dedication and hardwork coming from the efforts of our LGAs and LGUs in partnership with 72IB. We will keep on doing everything to support you and deliver the services you need." Hon. Jonathan Mahimpit said in his message.
Representing Lt. Col. Rey T Alvarado, Commanding Officer 72IB, 2LT Ailene Marieh J Loria, CMO Officer expressed her gratitude for the support of the LGU which made the activity successful. She assured that the 72IB will keep on supporting all the programs and projects of our government that will sustain the lasting peace and order in the municipality.
