“If there is unity, together we can end the insurgency. EO70 signed by our President to bring all government services and address all the issues exploited by the Communist Terrorist Group (CTG). Why not join the ranks of uniformed men? Be an Army, Police, Jail Officer, or Fire Officer. They have lots of benefits and also have talents in singing. You join the NPA, then you become a terrorist. You get nothing from joining them. Your Government agencies and uniformed men are here to show our sincerest and selfless dedication to serve all of you,” Governor Hon. Nancy Catamco said in her speech.

Lt. Col. Alvarado expressed his gratitude and active participation from national and local agencies for bringing government services to the beneficiaries.

“To all members and supporters of CTG's, we never get tired in reaching out and facilitate to those who wanted to return back to our true government. We know that you are only victims of the CPP-NPA-NDF propaganda and deception. Lay down your arms, support the government, and live peacefully with your families,” he ended.
